Because I’ve been deep in the admissions game for over a decade now. Many years ago, I transferred from a CC to Berkeley Haas. I’ve then sat on the other side of the desk, evaluating thousands of transfer applications for Carnegie Mellon and UC Berkeley TAP programs, as well as several other T20s as a seasonal admissions reader. Other programs provide the same generic checklist. We look at the various hobbies and special interests that are important to you as well as the social issues you care about. Our entire transfer strategy is based on that main area of focus. I never give you any work that doesn’t directly serve your mission.

Reserved for students who demonstrate a strong profile. If you maintain your GPA target, follow the program, and still don't get into your top schools, you get your program fee back. We sign a contract for it. I wouldn’t offer this if I wasn’t confident in my coaching outcomes.

We delve into the things that inspire you in life and the challenges you had to face in order to reach this point. Then we look at your academic and career objectives. Using your answers, I customize your program for you and you alone.

Phase 2: Establish your calling.
The secret recipe for my program's consistent success is to define a single mission that ties together your personal interests and major with a significant social issue that top schools take notice of. This "North Star" then serves as the guide for all the rest of our work.

Phase 3: Get sh!t done.
After each coaching session you are given actual tasks—specific steps for securing the research position, the social venture, civic engagement, and internships—complete with templates and scripts, and every task is kept under a master organizer so that all of this contributes to a strong, personal portfolio.

Phase 4: Finalize our targets.
The school list has been tailored to suit your objectives and the courses you've chosen are aimed at giving you the best chances of admission. We work out a full narrative outline to align with the values and achievements that your ideal schools are looking for.

Phase 5: Master your applications.
Each personal statement, PIQ, and supplemental document is drafted and then revised as many times as necessary, before being peer-reviewed by other admission officers within my network, after which it is revised once more until it is perfect. We will also deal with update letters and W/L appeals (if required). I’ll also be helping you apply to scholarships that can be worth up to $120K.

Final Phase: Prep for your new journey ahead.
By this stage you should already have several acceptance letters in your hands, but our work is by no means finished. I will remain with you as you decide which college to choose and will then put together a success plan for your first semester at your new dream school.
We touch every single piece of your transfer profile. Your academics, ECs, and overarching narrative. We throw out the fluff. Then we put it back together, one by one, into something that truly ‘wows’ T20 institutions and can’t be copied by anyone else.

For all programs: Payments are divided into multiple phases, and you decide to renew at the end of each phase. There is no long-term lock-in.

We build it from scratch. We meet 2 to 4 times a month. We figure out your "halo mission" so your application actually says something real, then we place you into research, capstone projects, and leadership roles that prove it. I tell you exactly which classes to take and when. When it's time to apply, I'm in the trenches with you completing every piece of the application to perfection.
First-year students: 5 phases over 22+ months.
Second-year students: 2 to 3 phases over 11+ months.
Adding private or non-UC schools adds one phase.Phases run $1500 to $3500 each, billed 2 to 4 months apart.

You’re running out of time. Apps are due this cycle and we can’t build a two-year profile from thin air. So we take the exact classes and activities you already have and squeeze every ounce of value out of them. I’ll then match you with activities with the best ROI: highest impact, shortest amount of time needed to activate. We figure out the angle that works right now, and we execute it fast.

Every transfer program includes scholarship coaching for multiple general and transfer-specific opportunities. Past students have collectively pulled over $600K in transfer awards. That means this program might end up paying for itself… or even better, you’ve made a profit off of it.

I only work with a small, carefully selected cohort each cycle, so I review every candidate on an assessment call before offering a spot. There's no rigid checklist, but I'm broadly looking for students set on top schools, hungry to grow professionally, and ready to lock in with your program tasks.
Low GPA, uncertainty about your major or target schools, no extracurriculars you're proud of: none of these rule you out. I've coached students through every single obstacle imaginable.
Top questions I get during assessment calls:

A low GPA isn't an automatic rejection, especially at private colleges. But we have to prove two things: first, that you have a plan to fix your academic trend, and second, that your extracurriculars are undeniably good. We build that together. I've helped students with lower stats get in.
But let's be real. There are limits. I'll tell you straight up on our assessment call if your GPA is a dealbreaker.

Think of it as an investment. A degree from a top 20 school pays for itself when you're competing for jobs right after graduation. Plus, I run this completely solo. You work directly with me the entire time, and I end up putting in about 270 hours per student. Break that down and you're paying around $40 an hour for my background in T20 admissions and corporate career.
Also: go look at other transfer consultants. They charge triple and outsource the work. We also cover scholarship strategies, so a lot of my students make the fee back before they even step foot on campus.

Thirty. That covers transfers, high schoolers, and grad students. If I take more, the quality tanks. I also cap the number of students applying for the exact same major. I won't create a conflict of interest among my own clients.

You can. But so can the other ten thousand people applying for your spot. If you want to stand out, you can't use the exact same tool generating the exact same generic ideas as everyone else. AI doesn't know what a specific AO at a specific T20 wants for that upcoming class year. It just spits out averages.
If it gives you 70 suggestions for your ECs or essays, how do you know which one actually works for your specific major? You don't. That's why you need a human who lives and breathes this stuff daily.

It happens all the time. We pivot. The core framework of how we build your profile and tell your story remains the same. But the sooner you decide, the stronger your narrative will be. It’s why the first phase of the program covers a structured exploration exercise to I can evaluate whether you’d actually be a good fit for the major, or you might benefit from a new direction.
