I. Transfer Profile Accelerator 

🎓 Part A. Profile Foundations

1. Personal Narrative Design — We’ll craft one cohesive story connecting your academics, interests, and goals so that admissions officers instantly understand who you are and where you’re headed. 

2. "Social Impact" Branding — Top universities look for leadership and purpose in contributions towards society. Together we’ll shape a higher mission that makes your profile memorable and meaningful by connecting you to opportunities where you get involved in local businesses, nonprofits, and government institutions. 

3. Strategic EC Positioning — I'll guide you to targeted opportunities that fill gaps in your profile (leadership, community impact, or academic depth). My students typically secure between 14 to 16 high-impact ECs by the time they apply.

📈 Part B. Extracurricular Accelerator

1. Guaranteed Research Placement — Academic research is one of the most impactful additions to your profile. I’ll match you with multiple research opportunities aligned with your major interests and help craft proposals that boost your narrative.

2. Guaranteed Internship/Externship Placement — I'm going to connect you with relevant internships during the year and/or winter/summer breaks to showcase your readiness and “Personal Brand” clarity to AOs, while furthering your own career journey so you can establish your career trajectory ASAP. 

3. Guaranteed Social/Civic Impact Placement – You will be matched with community, political, and/or civic engagement opportunities, strategically aligned to your profile, as AOs are looking for mission-driven, “real world” contributions versus scattered volunteering hours that don’t serve your personal purpose. 

4. Resume and LinkedIn Design + Technical and Behavioral Interview Prep — ...so that you can land a prestigious internship for next summer/winter and beyond.

5. Summer and Winter Break Planning — I'll guide you in deciding which opportunities to pursue during school breaks to maximize profile impact (coursework vs. internship vs. research vs. program/fellowship balance). 

6. Nationwide Organization Membership — I’ll secure your memberships at specific professional and academic networks that will add instant credibility to your profile and provide access to exclusive networking and resources.  

7. Faculty Relationships — I'll coach you on building authentic, long-term relationships with professors to secure strong rec letters and rare opportunities

🎯 Part C. Academic Blueprint 

1. Coursework Roadmap — I'll build you an exact roadmap for what courses to take for which semester, to maximize your chances of finishing CC with a 4.0 GPA while evolving key skills for your upper-division and career goals.

2. Articulation Mastery — I’ll personally map your classes using Assist.org to ensure every unit counts, minimize wasted credits, and maximize transfer efficiency. 

3. School + Major Planning — I'll get to know you and your career interests, personality, quirks, etc. more to see if we should stay the course, or find a more suitable major; I'll then build a full list of schools that best fit your ambitions. 

4. Research Placement — Research is one of the strongest additions you can make to your profile. I'll connect you to a research opportunity related to your interest in science and coach you on maximizing its impact for your application.

5. Scholarship Application Strategy — I'll identify transfer scholarships and provide application support (e.g. Phi Theta Kappa, Jack Kent Cooke, Coca-Cola Scholars, etc.) that could be worth up to $120K.

6. Academic Contingency Planning — If a B or C threatens your GPA, I'll provide immediate strategic intervention on what to do next.

…so basically, everything you could ever imagine required to turn your profile from “just another applicant with a high GPA and predictable GPA” to “I need this student on my campus, now.” 

II. Application Coaching Intensive (UCs) 

1. Activities List Mastery — I’ll collaborate with you to craft each activity description so every character counts in highlighting your leadership, impact, and growth demonstrated through your extracurriculars.

2. Complete PIQ Essay Suite — We'll blueprint, brainstorm, draft, and finalize all 4 Personal Insight Questions together. Unlimited revisions until each essay is “flawless”: compelling, authentic, and fully aligned with your Narrative Profile and Personal Brand.

3. Application Review Deep Dive — Before we submit, l will thoroughly audit your entire UC application to identify additional opportunities for maximum impact.

4. AO Peer Review — Your final essays are evaluated by 2–3 former admissions officers from my professional network for an extra peace of mind.

III. Application Coaching Intensive (Private Schools) 

During our time together, we will strategize on which private schools to aim for (e.g. Cornell, Columbia, UChicago, UPenn) and create a "Reach/Target/Safety" list. Similar idea to the UC Application Coaching above, with key additions: 

• Strategic School/Major Selection 

• Common App/Coalition App Personal Statement

• Supplemental Essays

• Activities Section Builder 

• Recommendation Letter Strategy 

• Portfolio Design (if applicable) 

IV. ✪✪✪✪✪ Concierge Support

1. 24-Hour Response Policy — No ghosting here: all questions from you and your parents answered within 1 business day (usually a few hours)

2. Weekly/Bi-weekly Strategy Sessions — Regular meetings and frequent communication to accomplish every bullet point listed above

3. Post-Submission Guidance — I stay with you through acceptance letters to guide you on your final decision and set a success roadmap for your first semester 

V. Elite Admissions Guarantee

If you complete all program requirements, maintain a 3.8 – 3.9 GPA (with no grades below a ‘B’), and don’t earn admission to UC Berkeley, UCLA, or any of the “Top 7” private schools we select together, I’ll refund your full Application Coaching program fee.

*Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

• Think of this as premium insurance policy. You can choose to opt out to receive a 20% discount on program fee.

• The private school list must consist of both Reach and Target+ schools (can’t be all Ivies 😉)

• For UCs, you can only pick one of these majors between the two schools: 

• UC Berkeley: Computer Science, EECS, Civil Engineering, Psychology, Haas 

• UCLA: Business Economics, Economics, Architecture, any majors within School of Engineering, Nursing, Communication, Film
